Terms of Service

Welcome to R2Sheet. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service Description
R2Sheet provides AI-powered receipt scanning, data extraction, categorization, and Google Sheets record organization. When you upload receipt images, AI extracts key information (merchant, amount, date, tax, etc.) and records the results in your own Google Drive and Google Sheets.
2. Account Registration
You must register an account through Clerk to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining your account security and for all activities under your account.
3. Google Account Connection
R2Sheet requires connecting your Google account to create Drive folders and Sheets spreadsheets. We only access files and folders created by R2Sheet and do not read other content in your Drive. You may revoke R2Sheet’s access at any time in your Google Account settings.
4. User Responsibilities
- Upload only lawful content (receipts, invoices, and other business documents)
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or circumvent service limits and security measures
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Ensure you have the right to upload any documents you submit
5. Data Ownership
Content you upload and data generated from it belongs to you. Receipt images and extracted data are stored in your own Google Drive. R2Sheet does not claim ownership over your data.
6. AI Extraction Accuracy
AI data extraction is designed to assist your workflow but is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Always review and verify extracted data before submitting tax or financial filings. R2Sheet is not liable for losses caused by AI extraction errors.
7. Service Plans & Limits
R2Sheet offers free and paid plans. Free plans have receipt count and workspace limits. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing, with advance notice of changes.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. After termination, we will delete your data from our database within 30 days. Files stored in your Google Drive are not affected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R2Sheet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
