You may request deletion of your R2Sheet data at any time. Please email: [email protected]
Please Include
- Your registered email address
- Deletion scope: account only / specific workspace / all data
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account and application data will be permanently deleted from our database within 30 days
- Files stored in your Google Drive (receipt images, Sheets) will not be automatically deleted — they belong to your personal Drive
- To delete files in Drive, please do so manually in Google Drive
- You can revoke R2Sheet’s access anytime in Google Account settings → Security → Third-party apps
Self-Service Options
- Delete individual workspaces in R2Sheet settings (files remain in Drive, only unlinked and renamed)
- In Google Account Permissions revoke R2Sheet’s OAuth access
